  Kiro Manoyan: mention of UN Charter in Astana statement correctDecember 3, 2010 - 16:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ARF Bureau Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan said that the OSCE Minsk Group’s Co-Chair countries have displayed a correct approach for the Karabakh conflict settlement, making reference to the UN Charter in the joint statement in Astana. “The Helsinki Final Act, to which the mediators and international community make a reference speaking about the Karabakh conflict settlement, is based on the UN Charter,” Manoyan said when responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s question during Decembers 3 press conference. “In July 2010, the Hague court confirmed that proclamation of Kosovo’s independence did not contradict international laws, based on the UN Charter,” he emphasized.
