Aram Manukyan: Artsakh’s recognition not a parliamentary issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Armenian National Movement (ANM) Board Aram Manukyan said that the decision of opposition Heritage party to put the bill on Karabakh’s recognition to vote in the parliament was a manifestation of a primitive populism.

“The decision to put the bill to vote in the parliament was wrong initially. Artsakh’s recognition is not a parliamentary issue,” Manukyan told a press conference in Yerevan.
