  Artak Zakaryan: ANC speaks of extraordinary elections, as it can’t speak of anything else December 16, 2010 - 14:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia Artak Zakaryan said that the Armenian National Congress (ANC) speaks about extraordinary elections, as it cannot speak about anything else. There are not any prerequisites for holding pre-term elections, Zakaryan told a press conference in Yerevan. According to him, the state system functions properly, promoting development of the country’s domestic and foreign policies. “I would advise the ANC to get prepared for the next elections,” Zakaryan said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
