Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, Nalbandian expressed hope that Rowan will contribute to the development of the Armenian-Irish relations. The two men attached importance to bilateral political dialogue, intensification of trade and economic ties, as well as expansion of the legal-contractual basis.
