Karabakh should be engaged in direct talk with PACE, expert says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia should not be afraid of restoration of the subcommittee on Karabakh at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), according to chairman of European Integration NGO.

“Armenia, as a full member of the CoE can take action to engage representatives of Nagorno Karabakh into the work of the committee,” Karen Bekaryan told a news conference in Yerevan.

He reminded that the Assembly once used to work with representatives of then-unrecognized Kosovo, Montenegro and Chechnya.
