  Armenian Police: 9-10 thousand people gathered for opposition rallyMarch 1, 2011 - 20:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Armenian Police, 9-10 thousand people gathered for Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally. As the Police press service reported, the safety of rally participants and public orders was provided. According earlier rumours, the police detained several demonstrators. However, the party coordinator Levon Zurabyan expressed his unawareness of reports on detainment of several ANC supporters. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
