CREATION OF NETWORK OF TRANSPORT CORRIDORS AT THE EXPENSE OF ARMENIAN TERRITORY WILL BE DICSUSSED IN FLORIDA, ARMENIAN PAPER SAYS

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, April 5. /Mediamax/. In the context of Karabakh settlement, creation of a network of transport corridors at the expense of the Armenian territory will be discussed during the negotiations in Florida, the "Aravot" daily, Yerevan, writes today.

The reason for such a publication was the information according to which the governor of Lori region, ex-Minister of transport Henrik Kochinian was also included in the delegation to Florida.

"On the session of Security Council of Armenia on January 8, 1998 Kochinian presented a detailed reference about the losses of Armenian economy because of the blockade by Azerbaijan and Turkey," Aravot says. Quoting reliable sources, the paper says that Henrik Kochinian has been one of the co-authors of the official position of the authorities on the privileges of participation of Armenia in the TRACECA program.

"The well-informed sources say President Kocharian has prohibited Armenian Ambassador to U.S. Arman Kirakosian to be present and participate in the negotiations in Florida," "Aravot" says. --0--
