Opposition supporters urge rally participants to march to presidential residence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Opposition supporters urge Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally participants to march in the direction of presidential residence.

As PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent at the scene reported, the leader of the Armenian National Movement (ANM) Aram Manukyan called on the crowd to keep calm, stating that there is a time for everything.

He also informed those gathered that one of ANC supporters Harut Urtsyan, previously under arrest, was set free.

A member of ANC Aram Sargsyan urged the people against worrying that the time is past to undertake decisive measures. “The authorities’ violence will be responded by violence. It’s a boomerang law and a matter of time,” he said, citing Tunisia and Egypt events as an example.
