  RPA: fact of Karabakh people’s self-determination fixed in international documents April 12, 2011 - 19:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesperson for the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Eduard Sharmazanov said the fact of the Karabakh people’s self-determination was fixed in international agreements during three years of President Serzh Sargsyan’s tenure. Certain actions were taken during this period in foreign policy. The Armenian-Russian relations have boosted, Sharmazanov said in the Armenian parliament. “The international community reacted positively to the Armenian President’s initiative on the Armenian-Turkish normalization. Sooner or later Turkey should recognize the Armenian Genocide,” said Sharmazanov. He added that the Armenian authorities are resolute in solving the existing problems in the country, despite external and internal challenges. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
