Opposition representative: ANC has no rivals in Armenia’s political field

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), Chairperson of Social Democrat Hunchakian Party Lyudmila Sargsyan said that there is not a force in Armenia’s political field, which would play an equal role with ANC.

This refers also to pro-governmental forces, Sargsyan told a press conference in Yerevan. “They cannot compete with ANC,” Sarsgyan said. She also opposed to assumptions of some experts and politicians that ANC will face a collapse as a result of dialogue with the authorities. “One should be politically blind to speak about ANC collapse,” noted Sargsyan.

According to her, many political forces are jealous of ANC’s political dialogue with the authorities. Pursuant to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s request to name these political forces, Sargsyan said: “All those forces, which are not pro-governmental or opposition.” She noted that ANC would welcome, if other forces decide to join or cooperate with it, however, it has not happened due to ambitions.

“And these forces will be left out of all processes,” concluded Sargsyan.
