World Bank in cooperation with the government of Armenia has begun working out the project of SAC-4 credit for structural reforms, World Bank Regional director for Southern Caucasian states Judi O'Connor said today at a press conference in Yerevan.Mrs. O'Connor voiced her hope that this credit allotment will help Armenia overcome the crisis. Touching upon the question of SAC-3 credit program realization, WB Regional Director marked considerable faults in the spheres of social security, education, public health, which, in her opinion, is caused by personnel changes in the corresponding ministries.
