ARMENIA AWAITS ILHAM ALIYEV'S REPLY ON READINESS TO RESUME NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH

As he told Mediamax agency, today the Presidents will to all appearances exchange opinions without conducting any serious negotiations. "The principal question we would like to be answered is whether Ilham Aliyev is ready to continue the negotiation process beginning with the point it was broken off at.
