BAKU RESPONSE TO CRIME IN BUDAPEST CONFIRMS KARABAKH CANNOT BE PART OF AZERBAIJAN, NKR FOREIGN MINISTER SAID

NKR Foreign Ministry head Ashot Gulian stated it in Stepanakert today.
