Armenia Demands Expelling Azerbaijan from UNESCO

PanARMENIAN.Net - The All-Armenian Commission on Protection of Armenian Monuments has appealed to the international community demanding sending international troops to Nakhichevan, Azerbaijan, to preserve Armenian monuments and physically secure Nakhichevan Armenians, who want to return to their historical fatherland. The Commission also demands that research be held in Nakhichevan and Julfa to specify the number of historical and cultural monuments. «We demand expelling Azerbaijan from the UNESCO and other organizations. Azerbaijan should be made answerable before international structures for organizing a cultural genocide,» Commission Coordinator, historian Rafael Hambartsumyan said.
