Memorial to those killed in parliament in October 1999 to be inaugurated in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Following discussions with RA President Serzh Sargsyan, RA National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan issued a decree on July 25 establishing a commission to coordinate the construction of a monument in memory of victims of the tragic events of October 27, 1999 in Parliament. Commission will be headed by RA NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, the press service of the Parliament reports.
