Armenia ranks 84th by human development. Human Development Index (HDI) evaluates the standard of living in different countries based on indicators such as life expectancy, adult literacy at the elementary, middle and high schools, as well as average income. BY HDI Norway was named the most suitable for living and topped the list of 38 countries having relatively very high HDI. Azerbaijan by the level of human development in 2009 ranks 86th , Ukraine ranks 85th , Kazakhstan - 82th , Turkey - 79th , Russia - 71th , Belarus - 68th , Latvia - 48th , Lithuania - 46th , Estonia - 40th . According to the report, majority of migrants do not cross international borders, but change their residence within the borders of their own country. According to UN data, the number of internal migrants reach 740 million people, nearly four times more than the number of international migrants.
