  RA public prosecutor's office accuses "Sagl" company of underpaying AMD 371 million to state budgetNovember 18, 2009 - 21:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Kentron and Nork Marash regular court is holding a legal trial at the suit of Investigation Department at RA State Revenue Committee against "Sagl" Ltd. RA public prosecutor's office accuses "Sagl" company of underpaying AMD 371 million to state budget, considering accusation for major tax evasion well grounded. According to preliminary investigation, within 2006-2008, S. Markosyan was supplying products and materials to 15 business entities, violating RA laws on VAT and income tax and registering distorted data. An accusation was brought against S. Markosyan in accordance with part 2, art .205 of RA Criminal Code, RA public prosecutor's office official website reported.
