Experts advise avoid eating meat for several daysJanuary 11, 2011 - 13:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Dietitian at the Armenian Ministry of Healthcare Vardanush Petrosyan advised to avoid eating meat and prefer vegetable diet for several days. “I insist that people should throw away the food that has been kept in the refrigerators since the beginning of the new year. Human organism is not a waste basket to be poisoned with stale foodstuffs,” she said. She also advised to consume large amount of water to clear the organism from toxins which accumulate after a period of alcohol abuse. “Carbonated drinks will not do.
