CANCELLATION OF NATO EXERCISE IN AZERBAIJAN TO HAVE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES, US AMBASSADOR IN BAKU CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Reno Harnish is convinced that the declaration of the NATO exercise in Azerbaijan invalid will have negative influence upon the country's position in Partnership for Peace Program. In his interview with Interfax Azerbaijan news agency Mr. Harnish noted that Washington regretted over Baku's refusal to receive Armenian officers for the participation in the Alliance's exercise. He noted that during the last year Azerbaijan has been actively preparing for the maneuvers and promised to solve the issue of the participation of the Armenian servicemen.
