The message specifically says, «Dear compatriots, I congratulate you on the resolute and unambiguous «yes» that was said during the referendum on making changes to the Constitution of Armenia. It is a big victory in strengthening democracy and forming civil society in Armenia. I thank all those citizens, who were not indifferent to the future of the country and actively participated in the referendum. I consider there can be no winners or losers in a referendum. The Constitution is our common one and today time has come to work together to elaborate and pass legal acts, which will realize the constitutional provisions. I again congratulate all of the people with the changed Constitution. People saying «yes» evidences the public need for deepening reforms in the country.
