RA MOD Head Doesn't Question Referendum Returns

PanARMENIAN.Net - Secretary of the Security Council at the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan does not doubt that the constitutional referendum has taken place. Moreover, he expressed assurance that 1/3 of the voters backed the constitutional amendments.

At the same time he categorically refuted the hearsay that the military voted for several times. "If you do not believe you can compare how many servicemen voted in the parliamentary and presidential election and how many voted now," he noted. When commenting on the statements by the opposition leaders that the authorities forged the constitutional referendum outcomes on November 27, Serge Sargsyan said that "several people can always consider the returns to be invalid," reported IA Regnum.
