Azeri FMA: Baku Ready for Talks with Karabakh if Armenia Comes Out of Process

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Official Baku is ready for talks with the Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh in case they recognize themselves Azerbaijani citizens," Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists. In his words, "talks with Karabakh are possible if Armenia comes out of the negotiation process, Armenians of Karabakh admit Azerbaijani citizenship, recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and its laws." "But I am afraid Armenia wouldn't like Azerbaijan to hold talks immediately with Karabakh," he said. Mammadyarov also noted that "if no progress is achieved in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Azerbaijan will have to resort to force," reported Interfax.
