OSCE Concerned over Armenian Cemetery Destruction in Nakhichevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - "I am well informed that the destruction of the Armenian cemetery in Nakhichevan aroused Armenia's sharp reaction," OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut stated.
