Andrzej Kasprzyk: impossible to compare Kosovo and Karabakh conflicts

The Nagorno Karabakh and Kosovo conflicts cannot be compared. The mentalities and geographical locations differ. When commenting on the meeting of the Armenian and Azeri Defense Ministers last fall, Amb. Kasprzyk said, «Their meeting was very fruitful, and it covered the discussions on the ceasefire.
