RA President and CMCE chairman discussed domestic situation in ArmeniaFebruary 25, 2008 - 19:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian met Monday with chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CMCE), Foreign Minister of Slovakia Ján Kubi, to discuss the post-election situation in the republic and the Armenian-Slovakian cooperation, the RA leader's press office reports.Mr Kubi praised restraint of the authorities under the trying circumstances. "Democracy is first of all respect for the law," he noted. When considering the Armenian-Slovakian relation, the top officials stressed the importance of economic cooperation.
