Baku participation in talks screens preparations for new aggression

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President confirmed that his country didn't give up the idea to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict by use of force. Participation in talks serves as a cloak for preparations for a new aggression, an expert said.



"Karabakh's physical security can be provided through recognition of NKR statehood by world powers. Recognized NKR can ensure its security not only by military but also by diplomatic means. Agreements on military cooperation with other states will restrain Azerbaijan's ardor and will bring lasting stability to our region," Masis Mayilyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.



"If Azerbaijan 'builds up muscles' simultaneously with the negotiation process, we should work for international recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic," he said.
