Latvian President calls for cautious attitude to NKR settlement process

PanARMENIAN.Net - "NKR conflict should be resolved through peaceful methods and in compliance with principles of international law," Latvian President Valdis Zatlers said. He called on parties to refrain from demonstrating haste as OSCE MG deals with conflict settlement process, taking concrete steps in that direction.



"We must be alert and cautious. We don't want the negotiations to be fruitless," Latvian president said after a press conference with his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliyev, Trend news agency reports.
