PanARMENIAN.Net - RA-Turkish Protocols' conclusion will have a positive effect on South Caucasus region, said Goran Lenmarker , OSCE special representative of the Assembly for Nagorno-Karabakh, and the special envoy on Georgia.



"I will also mention that the European Union through its Eastern partnership is now - finally, I would say, come in and also give a positive contribution," Goran Lenmarker noted.
