ARMENIAN APOSTOLIC CHURCH LOCAL DIOCESE JOINED ECUMENICAL INITIATIVE OF LEADERS OF GEORGIAN CHRISTIAN CHURCHES

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the four traditional confessions of the Christianity spread in Georgia have expressed their readiness to cooperate within the framework of the European "Ecumenical Charter." The heads of the Georgian diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, the Georgian Evangelical Baptist Church, the Evangelic-Lutheran Church of Georgia and the Roman-Catholic Church of Georgia participated in the presentation of the brochure of the European "Ecumenical Charter", which was published in the Georgian and Russian languages. The brochure author is the so-called Working Group of the Christian Churches of Georgia, which propagates ecumenical ideas.
