Turkish opposition urges to close Incirlik base

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahceli, who paid a visit to President Abdullah Gul at the Cankaya Palace, submitted a 17-page report.

Bahceli who said that Turkey was driven towards an abyss, suggested that the Incirlik base should be closed until U.S. provided sufficient support and the Habur border gate should be closed as a warning to Masoud Barzani.

Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu said that only CHP could end terror.

“Blood will not be washed out with blood. They have been trying to end terrorism with arms for 35 years. They lack sense and logic. We will eradicate terrorism. Because we are not questioning the ethnicity of people,” Cumhuriyet cited Kilicdaroglu as saying.
