The President reiterated the NKR authorities’ determination to maintain the army’s technical equipment at an appropriate level. As President Sahakyan underscored, the best way of preventing aggression is to rebuff it strongly. Bako Sahakyan gave high assessment to the fighting efficiency of the Defense Army, once again proved by effectively neutralizing all the provocations of the adversary. NKR President presented state awards to a group of servicemen for successful prevention of the advance attempt by the adversary’s subversive reconnaissance group, Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
