Hardest period in Karabakh process over, Semneby believes

PanARMENIAN.Net - Some intensification in Karabakh talks, specifically the recent meetings between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, prompt that the hardest period in the conflict settlement is left behind, EU Envoy for the South Caucasus said.

“There is some progress, although the year of 2010 was rather tough,” Trend News quoted Peter Semneby as saying.
