Turkey secretly mediating peace talks between Israel and Palestine?

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Turkish and Palestinian media, Turkey is secretly mediating peace talks between Israeli and Palestinian parliamentary groups.

The mediating group is allegedly headed by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who participated in several meetings with Israeli and Palestinian representatives.

Official diplomatic sources in Ankara, however deny the possibility of such meetings, at least, from the Israeli side. “That would be unnatural, considering current situation with Turkey-Israeli relations,” MIGnews.com quoted a Turkish Foreign Ministry official speaking on condition of anonymity.
