Ataturkist Thought Association expert urges Turks to prepare for a new liberation war

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey must be turned into a modern, independent, national and democratic state, the head of the Ataturkist Thought Association (ADD) Tansel Colasan stated.

She warned the Turkish society against repeating the downfall of Ottoman Empire in modern Turkey.

“This time, the IMF, WB and the EU are attempting to trigger Turkey’s capitulation. In other words, economic colonization came in stead of the political one. This became a reason behind the closure of the factories, unemployment and poverty. Beside, Turkey is facing Armenian and Kurdish issues, permanently on country’s agenda,” Colasan said. As she emphasized, the Turks must be ready for a liberation war to prevent the collapse of their country, according to Sondakika.
