Yerevan to host Arabian Nights films program June 1-5May 26, 2011 - 16:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 1-5, Armenia will host Arabian Nights films program aiming to promote regional cooperation between Armenian and Arab cinematographers. French director Dominique Dubosc was invited as a special guest to present his installation at NPAK Center for Contemporary Experimental Art. As Vrej Kassouny, the event director, noted, “art gives us a chance to strive for new horizons. By introducing recent achievements of Arab world cinema industry, we seek to help our professionals to gain a new view of the world.” Arabian Nights films program has developed into a film festival first launched in 2008 within Golden Apricot framework.
