The proposal was submitted by the ruling Justice and Development Party.

“Al Jazeera is winning. The Chinese have opened up a global English language and multi-language television network, the Russians have opened up an English language network,” U.S. Secretary of State said.

“OSCE Minsk Group remains the only internationally mandated format for negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” Armenian Foreign Minister said.

The question is whether the U.S. President will satisfy their request.

“Armenian and Azerbaijani sides should be the ones responsible for finding the final version of conflict settlement,” Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE said.

"We will make sure justice is done and that those responsible for attacks against the civilian population, will be pursued and punished," International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor said.

The appeal was submitted to London's High Court on March 1, but lawyers do not expect the case to be heard for another two or three months.
