  SME development national center satisfied 4028 applications within 4 monthsMay 6, 2009 - 15:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The National Center for small-to-medium business development (NCSMBD) of Armenia satisfied 4028 applications within the initial four months of 2009, chief executive Ishkhan Karapetyan said. At that, he mentioned that 31% of the enterprises function in Yerevan and 69% in rural areas of Armenia. SME were also offered business consultations. Thanks to the assistance, SME attracted investments totaling AMD170.5 with 16% average interest rate.
