Nika Gilauri: Russia should lift certain restrictions

Moscow plays a big role in Russian-Georgian relations given the restrictions it has set in several spheres, according to Georgia’s Prime Minister Nika Gilauri.



“The opening of Upper Lars checkpoint is beneficial to Armenia, but Russia is responsible for lifting such restriction,” he told today a joint news conference with his Armenian counterpart Tigran Sargsyan.
