RA Deputy PM reviews repair of water supply system in Kotayk region

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Deputy PM, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan visited Kotayk region, where he reviewed implementation of projects aiming to improve the local water supply.

Accompanied by chairman of the water industry committee at the Ministry of Territorial Administration Andranik Andreasyan and Director General of HayJrmughKoyughi CJSC Patrick Loren, Minister Gevorgyan first visited Alapars community to see the reconstructed pump station.

During a meeting held in Hrazdan town hall with participation of the Governor Kovalenko Shagaldyan and Mayor Aram Danileyan, the Deputy PM was briefed on the USD 5, 8 draft project on rehabilitation of the internal water system of the town to be launched in September 2010 and completed within 14 months.

Besides, it’s planned to rehabilitate Hrazdan water supply pump station through means allocated by the Asian Development Bank, the total cost of the project amounting to USD 1 million.
