RA state budget revenue totals AMD 233,8 billion in January-April 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - In January-April 2010, RA state budget revenue totaled AMD 233,8 billion; state budget expenditures amounted to AMD 243 billion; which spells respectively 70,5% and 59,1% governmental program performance. Annual program performance results amounted to 32,2% and 28,4% respectively.

Compared with last year’s index, state budget revenue grew by 19,6%. At the same time, tax proceeds, state dues and obligatory social payments grew by 20,8%, with other revenue types increasing by 17,7%. Official grants-related proceeds fell by 53,4%.

In January-April 2010, AMD 243 billion expenditures were made to comprise 59,1% of first half-year program. Specifically, current expenditures comprised AMD 223,7 billion, with AMD 19,3 billion allocated to non-financial assets-related operations.

Compared with January-April 2009, state budget expenditures grew by 11,9%. The growth is caused by non-financial assets and grants-related expenditures, state budget servicing and increase of expenditures on welfare, as well as cutting down and alienation of non-financial assets.

During the reporting period, RA state budget deficit comprised AMD 9,3 billion against AMD 79,3 billion stipulated for the first half year and AMD 21,7 billion in January-April 2009.

At the same time, AMD 11 billion was attracted from internal sources, and AMD 1,7 billion from external ones.
