  Working group on North-South railroad holds meetingsAugust 20, 2010 - 10:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - By order of the Armenian and Russian Presidents, a working group was formed to coordinate the construction project of North-South railroad. The experts have already held a number of meetings, Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin said. “One of Russian planning organizations is developing the project, to be followed by feasibility study.
