The number of POS terminals set by Armenia's banks totaled 2961 as of the end of the second half of 2010, including 442 terminals set in bank branches, the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia reported. 2,790,246 operations at the amount of AMD 130bln were implemented through plastic cards on Armenia's territory during the second quarter of 2010.
