AMD 834 and 163 billion will be allocated to current and capital expenditures, with a major part of additional expenditures to be directed at improvements in social and cultural sector. Considerable part of budget expenditures will be allocated to construction works in disaster zone, renovation of schools, healthcare sector financing. “20% of state budget will go to the payment of pensions. Increased financing of defense sphere and assistance to NKR is also envisaged,” the Minister stated.
