CIS states to cooperate in telemedicine sector

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian delegation led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in CIS Prime Ministers’ Council meeting in St. Petersburg.

At the meeting, the Prime Ministers passed a resolution to launch preparatory work for bill on Free Trade to be submitted for CIS leaders’ approval.

Creation, development and implementation of telemedicine; cooperation programs on legal and intellectual property protection, food security increase in CIS states were discussed among other issues.

As was emphasized at the meeting, Armenia implemented 32 programs in the framework of 2008-2010 CIS interstate humanitarian cooperation fund.
