RA Ministry of Finance returned AMD 12.6bln to state budget in two yearsDecember 17, 2010 - 17:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Department for Assessment of Internal Audit and Financial Control at the RA Ministry of Finance Sona Gharibyan said that, due to the results of implemented control based on risks, the Department managed to return AMD 12.6bln to the state budget in 2009-2010 against AMD 1.9bln in 2007-2008. Meanwhile, AMD 8.4bln out of 12.6bln was returned in 2010, Gharibyan told a press conference on December 17. She noted that 60 planned inspections were conducted in 2010 that is 5 times higher compared to 2007. As a result of inspections over the past two years, 219 official persons were made liable for the revealed violations.
