Armenian Financial Ombudsman’s Office gaining trust

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Financial Ombudsman Piruz Sargsyan believes that the most important achievement of the outgoing year was the rise of public awareness about the activity of the Office.

Over the past two years, Financial Ombudsman’s Office has gained public trust. 100 written complaints were received in January-November 2010, of which 65% were resolved in favor of the clients.

As to the upcoming holidays, Mrs. Sargsyan will celebrate the New Year with her family. A corporate party will also be organized by the Office.
