Yevgeny Bibin appointed as Electric Networks of Armenia CEOJanuary 18, 2011 - 14:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 18, Yevgeny Bibin was appointed to the post of Chief Executive Officer of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) company, as per decision of the Board of Directors. Yevgeny Gladunchik, former CEO of the company, will continue his employment with INTER RAO UES OJSC to hold a high post, the press service of ENA reported. ENA basically deals with distribution of electric power among Armenia’s population and other consumers. The company provides services to around 948,000 consumers. ENA has an exclusive license for transmission and distribution of electric power on Armenia’s territory. INTER RAO UES OJSC owns 100% shares of ENA.
