Armenia to adopt international auditing standards in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2011, Armenian Ministry of Finance will submit the draft resolution on Publication of International Auditing Standards to the government.

As the Minister of Finance Vache Gabrielyan stated, the document envisages translation of international auditing standards into Armenian and their implementation in local companies, thus promoting increase in service quality.

As of December 1, 2010, there are 36 licensed auditing companies and 7 private auditors in Armenia.
