Unofficial meeting of representatives of Armenia’s pharmaceutical field to be held Jan.29-30January 25, 2011 - 09:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Union of Armenian Medicine Producers and Importers (UAMPI), through the assistance of USAID-funded Competitive Armenian Private Sector (USAID/CAPS) Project, will hold the second unofficial meeting of representatives of Armenia’s pharmaceutical field in Aghveran on January 29-30. Armenian Minister of Healthcare Harutyun Kushkyan, Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan and Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition are expected to participate in the event, the press service of UAMPI reported. Protection of interests of UAMPI companies, role of pharmaceutical unions in various countries, terms for introduction of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard in Armenia and other matters will be in the focus of the meeting.
