  Two highways bypassing Yerevan to be built February 15, 2011 - 10:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan and Asian Development Bank urban transport specialist Arnaud Dauphin met Feb 14 to discuss transport reform in the Armenian capital. The first stage of a loan program envisages construction of two highways bypassing Yerevan to ease the traffic in the center of the city. ADB specialists will submit the transport reform concept to Yerevan city administration in the near future.
